B-52 Latte
Drink Type: Latte
2 ounces hot espresso
1/3 ounce Irish cream syrup
1/3 ounce coffee syrup
1/8 ounce mandarin orange syrup
4-6 ounces cold milk
Directions:
Pour the espresso into a 12 ounce glass. Steam the syrups and milk together and add to the glass.



Calypso Breeze Cream Soda
Drink Type: Cream Soda
Ice
2/3 ounce kiwi syrup
2/3 ounce passion fruit syrup
2/3 ounce lemon syrup
Soda water
Half-and-half
Directions:
In a 12 ounce glass filled with ice combine the syrups. Add the soda water until it is 1/2" from the top. Finish with half-and-half.



Drink Type: Mocha
1 ounce chocolate mocha sauce
1/2 ounce praline syrup
1/4 ounce vanilla syrup
8 ounces milk
6 ounces espresso
Directions:
In a 12 ounce glass combine sauce and syrups. Add in milk and espresso. Stir.


Creme Caramel Cappuccino
Drink Type: Cappuccino
1/2 ounce French vanilla syrup
1/4 ounce caramel syrup
4 ounces cold milk
2 ounces hot espresso
Caramel sauce, for topping
Directions:
Steam the syrups and milk together and allow to sit while preparing the espresso. Pour the espresso into a 6 ounce cup. Gently add the steamed milk, topping the beverage with a crown of foam. Top with caramel sauce.

Citrus Cooler
Drink Type: Italian Soda
Ice
1 ounce orange syrup
1/2 ounce lemon syrup
1/2 ounce lime syrup
Soda water
Directions:
In a 12 ounce glass filled with ice combine syrups and fill with soda water.

Banana Nut Toffee Latte
Drink Type: Latte
1/4 ounce banana syrup
1/4 ounce hazelnut syrup
1/4 ounce caramel syrup
1/4 ounce coffee syrup
Espresso
Steamed milk
Directions:
In an 8 ounce glass combine syrups and espresso. Fill the remainder of the glass with steamed milk.


Almond Mocha
Drink Type: Mocha
3/4 ounces thick chocolate syrup
1/2 almond syrup
Espresso
Steamed milk
Whipped cream
Directions:
In a 12 ounce glass combine syrups and add espresso. Stir. Fill with milk and top off with whipped cream and garnish with sprinkles of cinnamon and red hot cinnamon candy.

Mango Peach Tea Freeze
Drink Type: Freeze
2 cups ice
1 ounce frusia mango
1 ounce frusia peach
2 ounces unsweetened chilled tea
Directions:
In a blender combine all ingredients and blend for 20 seconds. Pour into 16 ounce glass.

Tall Tale Smoothie
Drink Type: Smoothie
2 cups ice
2 ounces freesia peach
4 ounces lemonade
Directions:
In a blender combine all ingredients and blend until smooth.


Emancipated Toasted Almond Cafe
Drink Type: Coffee
8 ounces hot brewed colombian supremo
3/4 ounce amaretto syrup
3/4 ounce coffee syrup
Whipped cream
Ground nutmeg
Directions:
In a 12 ounce mug filled with coffee add in syrups and top with whipped cream. Dust with ground nutmeg.
